Job Description:

This contract offers an opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a night shift role that emphasizes relationship-based care and interdisciplinary collaboration. In this position, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions tailored to each patient’s physiologic, developmental, and psychosocial needs. Your role will involve making critical determinations about patient progress, educating families on health management, and acting as an advocate for your patients.
