Job Description:

This contract position involves providing comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, and documentation for hospitalized patients in a medical-surgical setting. You'll evaluate patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs, develop personalized care plans including discharge instructions, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
