Job Description:

Join our team as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Washington, D.C., where you'll play a vital role in caring for cardiac patients in a fast-paced, specialized environment. This role involves floating to ICU and IMC units, working 3 or 4 shifts per week on 12-hour rotating day/night shifts. You'll be responsible for applying your expertise to complex cardiac cases, managing rapid changes in patient condition, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. Prepare for a stimulating experience that combines technical proficiency with critical thinking in a setting that values your skills and dedication. Remember, you'll need to pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with flying colors—aim for at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms—and hold a valid DC license prior to start.
