Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you on a 12-hour night shift in Wheeling, West Virginia, working approximately 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. You'll be part of a dedicated team managing patients with conditions like CHF, COPD, cellulitis, pneumonia, and urosepsis, among others. As the only RN on your unit, you'll coordinate patient care under the guidance of a charge nurse, utilizing RT equipment when needed and observing remotely via telemonitoring. Your role involves frequent patient assessments, titration of medications like heparin based on lab results, and adaptability to float to other units as census requires. This assignment offers a unique blend of independent practice and team collaboration in a supportive environment.
