Job Description:

Join a busy Labor & Delivery/Postpartum unit in Salem, where you'll rotate between day and evening shifts, and occasionally cover nights. This RN role focuses on caring for mothers and newborns in a 25-bed unit that includes L&D, postpartum, NBN, ORs, and recovery rooms. Your responsibilities will involve managing active labor, supporting postpartum recovery, circulating, and ensuring newborn care. Expect to work with a team to provide attentive, compassionate care in an environment that values teamwork and adaptability. The assignment offers the chance to experience a vibrant hospital setting with a mix of scheduled rotations and a lively pace that keeps every day engaging.
