Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a contract basis in Battle Creek, Michigan, and experience a shift that feels just right—12-hour days that keep your days free for exploring or relaxing. You'll work on a 37-bed unit that handles a wide variety of general medical diagnoses, with specialties including gastrointestinal, urological, and gynecological surgeries. Expect to float to other Med Surg units as needed and to work every other weekend, gaining diverse experience and a chance to see many different patient cases. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a vibrant mix of staff, including RNs, LPNs, and techs, in a setting that values teamwork and adaptability. Your responsibilities will include providing essential nursing support to patients with diverse medical needs, adjusting to unit needs, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same.
