Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in Aspirus Eagle River, where you'll be part of a dedicated team providing Med Surg care in a setting that values flexibility. You'll work six nights on, eight nights off, with every other weekend and holiday scheduled off. Your responsibilities will include charting in EPIC, managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5 during the day and 1:6 at night, and floating to like units such as Howard Young, Tomahawk, and Rhinelander as needed. The role emphasizes professional independence with on-call responsibilities during low census periods, and the assignment begins ASAP. Ensure your Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, and ACLS certifications are up to date, and bring at least two years of Med Surg experience to thrive in this role.
