In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a 24-bed medical-surgical unit, handling a diverse patient population with a ratio of 1:6. Your shift will be 12-hour night duties, offering a unique opportunity to balance work and personal time. The position emphasizes clinical excellence with required certifications in BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of two years of experience to ensure you're ready to hit the ground running. This assignment guarantees 36 hours per week over a three-month period, with the flexibility of floating based on rotation.
