Job Description:

Join IU Health as a CVOR Registered Nurse in a circulating role focused on complex heart and lung transplant procedures, aortic dissections, and ECMO cases. This position involves managing the sterile field during surgeries without scrubbing in—acting as the essential coordinator in the operating room. You'll experience a mix of 12-hour day shifts, working approximately 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment, with the opportunity to earn higher pay with charge pay incentives. Expect to handle high-acuity cases in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly support life-saving surgeries and team coordination. This role excludes first-timers unless they have Level I Trauma experience, but seasoned and qualified OR nurses are encouraged to apply.
