This fast-paced environment specializes in cardiothoracic surgery, neuro/neurosurgery, and ECMO support for COVID-19 patients. As a critical care nurse, you'll be immersed in a setting that demands precision and quick decision-making, caring for adolescents through late adulthood in a 15-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2.
