Job Description:

This interventional radiology technologist role at Grant Medical Center offers an engaging opportunity to work alongside talented radiologists in a bustling hospital setting. You'll assist in minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures such as abdominal aortograms, fistulagrams, and carotid angios, using fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound imaging equipment. The position involves scrubbing in, monitoring, and circulating during procedures, with the chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment that handles approximately 20 patients daily. Surgical scrubs are provided, and you will work in two endovascular suites plus open procedure ORs. Every day promises hands-on experience using advanced imaging technology like Philips Epiq 7G and Parks Flo-Lab 2100SX, in a department supported by EMR systems including Epic and CareConnect. The role's unique aspect lies in the blend of technical expertise and operational involvement, perfect for a tech who enjoys both the procedural and the workflow sides of vascular interventions.
