Job Description:

Join a reputable healthcare facility in Charlotte as a Skilled MedSurg/Tele RN, where your day might include managing patients with complex diagnoses like end-stage renal disease, diabetic ulcers, pancreatitis, and behavioral health issues. This role involves floating between units within the hospital, handling a broad range of medical procedures such as cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, and medication infusion management, including cardiac drips and blood products. While the schedule keeps you on 12-hour night shifts, you'll experience the rhythm of a supportive team that includes CNAs, phlebotomists, and resource nurses. The assignment offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills in a setting that emphasizes versatility and teamwork, all while working in a facility proud of its Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center designations—without the stress of trauma designation.
