Job Description:

Join a busy Step Down Unit in Chesapeake, Virginia, where you'll be supporting a variety of patient populations including pulmonary, cardiac, and surgical patients. This role involves responsibilities such as managing vents, IV starts, telemetry monitoring, PA lines, conscious sedation, neuro IV titration, insulin IV infusions, and neuro experience. You'll work predominantly during 12-hour night shifts, gaining immersive experience in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility, including floating to other units as needed. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs seeking to apply their skills in a supportive, energetic team while exploring the historic and scenic surroundings of Coastal Virginia.
