Job Description:

Join IU Health as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a night shift, working 12-hour nights. This role involves providing quality care for patients with a variety of surgical and trauma-related conditions, including orthopedic injuries, traumatic wounds, and post-surgical monitoring. You'll have the opportunity to precept students and shadow new staff, adding a teaching component to your routine. The assignment is unique due to its teaching hospital setting and the requirement to work approximately half of the weekends, offering a chance to immerse yourself in a vibrant healthcare community while taking on charge nurse responsibilities if needed.
