Job Description:

Join us as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) in Pratt, Kansas, where you'll be the key player in supporting complex surgical procedures across specialties such as orthopedics, gynecology, and Podiatry. This position offers a chance to work hands-on in diverse OR settings, including labor and delivery for C-sections, endoscopy, and general surgeries. You'll be expected to bring at least three years of OR experience, demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic (especially total joints), general, and OB surgeries, and hold active Kansas licensure along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days from 06:30 to 15:00, with a weekend call rotation every 5th or 6th weekend and one weekday per week. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to be part of a team that values expertise and independence, all while enjoying the rhythmic flow of the Kansas seasons.
