Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in a 30-bed Medical Neuroscience Progressive Care unit, where you'll be caring for patients with critical neurological conditions. This Neuro PCU role involves monitoring patients with complex needs, utilizing central cardiac monitoring, and managing neurological assessments such as Yale Swallowing screens and external CPAP/BiPAP devices. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, with the possibility of floating across all Cone Health facilities as needed, providing an engaging opportunity to sharpen your skills in a specialized setting. Expect to collaborate closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment focused on neurological recovery and stabilization.
