Job Description:

Join us for an engaging 13-week inpatient rehabilitation RN contract at a facility in Wausau, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be working 12-hour night shifts on a dedicated rehab unit focused on stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac cases. The position offers guaranteed weekly hours, with some flexibility for low census periods where you may be on call and eligible for call back pay. This assignment is perfect for resilient, adaptable nurses who thrive in a hospital setting and enjoy managing change. The unit maintains a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 to 1:6 during day shifts, and up to 1:8 at night, providing a rewarding environment for professional growth and patient interaction.
