Job Description:

This contract position requires a dedicated healthcare professional to perform specialized duties within a critical care setting. You'll be responsible for monitoring patients in the Emergency Monitoring Unit (EMU), watching for seizure activity around the clock. Your role involves conducting initial assessments upon patient admission, developing and adjusting individualized care plans, and ensuring seamless communication with patients and their families through hourly rounding and bedside reports. You'll collaborate closely with critical care teams and hospitalists to provide the best possible support for patients requiring advanced care. Job Specifics:

Location: Urbana, Illinois
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Duration: 13 weeks, approximately 36 hours per week
