Job Description:

Join a dedicated nursing team for a flexible, fast-paced assignment where you'll assess, plan, and evaluate patient care with a focus on holistic well-being. This role involves reviewing patient histories, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
