Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Level 1 trauma emergency department as an ER Registered Nurse on a night shift schedule. You'll work 3 twelve-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, providing critical care in a busy hospital setting. This role involves floating between the ED and ED Observation units, giving you a diverse and challenging experience. Expect to handle a wide variety of cases, from stroke and STEMI patients to pediatric emergencies, all while maintaining optimal patient safety and comfort. With ACLS and PALS certification required and CPI preferred, this is an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a high-acuity environment. You'll need at least 2 years of recent ER experience, but first-time travelers with level I trauma experience are also encouraged to apply. Be prepared for an active role that demands mobility, strength, and quick thinking while working in a 24/7 healthcare facility.
