Job Description:

Join us on a night shift adventure as an RN in Transitional Care at our Portland, ME facility. You'll be caring for a diverse mix of patients, including medical and surgical cases, who are medically ready for discharge. Your responsibilities will include charting on Epic, monitoring vital signs with Philips machines, and assisting patients with specialty beds and mobility equipment. This role offers a chance to work with a skilled team in a supportive environment where attention to detail and patient-centered care are key. The shift runs 12 hours overnight, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, every other weekend off, offering a well-balanced schedule that allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the area after hours.
