Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical-surgical team in a unit specializing in complex care for adult patients. You will be working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing crucial support in a fast-paced environment that demands focus and adaptability. This assignment offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in acute med-surg and telemedicine, with responsibilities that include patient monitoring, medication administration, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires floatability to other units as needed, and you will be expected to work at least one holiday during the contract. Highland will provide training for specialized charting systems such as EPIC, and you should be comfortable working as a charge nurse when necessary.
