Job Description:

Join a dedicated rural physical therapy team at a 25-bed critical access hospital in Luverne, Minnesota. This contract position involves providing outpatient and inpatient therapy services with a friendly staff of seven full-time PTs and one PTA, along with occupational therapy, speech therapy, and cardiac rehab. You will perform general physical therapy procedures such as blood flow restriction, ultrasound, E-stim, and Ionto, utilizing modern equipment and Epic documentation. The role offers consistent 8-hour day shifts and a weekly commitment of 40 hours over twelve weeks, giving you the opportunity to influence patient recovery in a close-knit community. Expect to float occasionally to nearby clinics in Adrian and Rock Rapids if needed, primarily working in the Luverne location. This assignment provides a rewarding experience caring for a variety of patients in a rural setting, with a chance to hone your skills across multiple departments while enjoying the tranquility of Minnesota's scenic surroundings.
