Job Description:

Join a fast-paced PCU Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, where you’ll be the go-to professional for floating to various step-down and PCU areas. This role offers the flexibility to work across different units, including potential assignments at other campus locations such as Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, and Dodd. You'll be responsible for managing an estimated patient ratio of 1:3-4 and performing essential duties like IV starts, tele bedside monitoring, and Epic electronic health record documentation. This assignment combines a variety of clinical experiences in a well-supported environment, with the opportunity to sharpen your skills in different units while working 12-hour days on a consistent schedule.
