Job Description:

Join this step down ICU RN contract in beautiful Orangeburg, South Carolina, where you will focus on caring for patients transitioning from intensive care to less acute settings. This 12-hour day shift (6:45a-7:15p) offers a steady rhythm, with a patient ratio of 1:4, and every other weekend required. You’ll work in a community hospital environment familiar with Epic charting and telemetry, utilizing your experience with cardiac telemetry, NIHSS, and tele competency. The role involves floating within scope to similar units and sister facilities, providing a variety of clinical opportunities while supporting your expertise. Prior charge nurse experience and community hospital background are preferred, and the setting promises a collaborative atmosphere where your skills make a real difference.
