Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of respiratory therapists in a fast-paced inpatient setting, where your expertise with ventilator management and critical care will be vital. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a Level 1 trauma facility, participating directly in life-saving procedures like Code Blue responses and making critical ventilator decisions based on comprehensive patient assessments and laboratory results. You'll need a solid five or more years of recent experience in MICU and SICU environments and familiarity with lung protective ventilation strategies. EPIC experience and certifications such as RRT, BLS, and MA Respiratory Care license are essential, with NICU, Drager XL, and v500 ventilator experience preferred. This assignment promises a hands-on, engaging work experience that will sharpen your skills and expand your critical care repertoire without the long-term commitment.
