Job Description:

Join a challenging and rewarding perioperative nursing role in a busy Medical-Surgical unit specializing in a variety of patient needs including respiratory failure, post-surgical recovery, wound care, IV antibiotic administration, and cardiac care. This assignment offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in a facility where you will manage a diverse caseload that requires skills in PEG tube care, CVC/PICC/midline management, and tracheostomy upkeep. The role involves troubleshooting respiratory equipment like vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow devices, often working closely with RTs and monitoring telemetry. You will be part of a team that values independence and confidence in your clinical skills, with support from charge nurses, house supervisors, and tech staff.
