Job Description:

This Telemetry Registered Nurse contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a busy adult to geriatric unit specializing in a variety of cardiac and vascular diagnoses including CHF, MI, dysrhythmias, hypertension, and vascular issues. You'll be providing expert care during 12-hour night shifts, monitoring patients with cardiac implants and managing complex telemetry cases. Your role involves using Epic and Pyxis systems, and adhering to SBAR communication protocols. Expect to float within the facility as needed, with a manageable patient ratio of about 1:4-5 across 16 rooms. This assignment emphasizes clinical independence and precision, making it ideal for nurses eager to sharpen their telemetry skills in a professional and supportive environment.
