Job Description:

Join us as an Oncology Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract at a renowned teaching and Level I trauma hospital in St. Louis. You'll be caring for patients undergoing chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and other complex oncologic treatments in a busy, upscale environment. The role features 12-hour day shifts with floating across the oncology department, offering a chance to experience various units and patient cases. Expect to manage IV lines, administer chemotherapy and blood products, and interpret telemetry data—all while working within a 4:1 patient ratio. This assignment is perfect for nurses with at least one year of oncology experience and current certifications in ONS/ONCC, ACLS, and BCLS. A Relias EKG exam needs to be passed, and familiarity with port management and infusion therapy is required.
