Job Description:

Join this engaging Medical Surgical Oncology RN contract, where you'll provide specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced, 16-room unit. Your overnight 12-hour night shifts will keep you busy with a patient ratio of 1:6, offering a chance to hone your clinical skills in a setting that values independent problem-solving and team collaboration. Be prepared for the possibility of assisting with emergency response teams, as units may call upon you to stay post-event or join relief efforts. This assignment offers the opportunity to work four nights a week for three weeks, totaling a commitment of 36 hours weekly, with the unique experience of supporting a diverse patient population in a hospital environment that encourages adaptability and resilience.
