Job Description:

Join a dedicated team caring for a mix of adult and pediatric patients in a versatile medical-surgical and telemetry setting. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, with responsibilities including monitoring telemetry strips, stabilizing patients with high-flow oxygen or BiPAP, and providing primary care to a diverse patient population. You’ll need to pass a dysrhythmia exam (with only two attempts) to ensure you’re ready to interpret heart rhythms confidently. This assignment offers a unique chance to work across adult, pediatric, and MST units, with opportunities to float to maternal-child units if experienced in labor and delivery. The focus is on hands-on patient management, supporting stable adult patients, and collaborating with charge RNs and remote monitor techs. Expect dynamic patient flows, requiring adaptability, strong assessment skills, and a passion for caring for both children and adults in a fast-paced environment.
