Job Description:

Join a 60-bed medical-surgical unit on the 4th and 5th floors of a busy hospital with an active telemetry program. As an RN Med Surg traveler, you will be responsible for patient assessments, administering medications, and responding to telemetry alerts, all while managing your own patient load during 12-hour day shifts. The role offers a chance to work with advanced equipment such as remote telemetry monitors, capnography, and Alaris IV pumps, providing a rewarding experience for those comfortable with cardiac recognition and IV starts. This assignment is unique because of your opportunity to float to inpatient rehab, ED, or PCU units as needed, without extending beyond your scope of practice.
