Job Description:

Join our team for a rewarding cardiac telemetry RN contract in Monroe, North Carolina. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing patients with chest pain, arrhythmias, and potential stroke symptoms, utilizing your telemetry reading skills and general med-surg expertise. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely interventions. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience a supportive, patient-centered environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued. While handling non-titrating cardiac drips like Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin, you'll also support the nursing team with vital support duties such as IV starts, wound care, and telemetry management. The unit is well-equipped with Epic EMR, Phillips monitors, and MedDispensing via Omnicell, providing a seamless workflow.
