Job Description:

This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy surgical environment, primarily focusing on general surgery, transplants, neuro, ENT, and orthopedics. You'll be scrubbing and circulating in a variety of complex procedures, including kidney and liver transplants, robotics, trauma, and major reconstructive surgeries. The role involves 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with up to two weekends per month that may include call shifts or working a regular schedule. Quick response time during call shifts—30 minutes—is expected, and there are short call shifts early in the morning or evening. Located on a major West Main campus, the position may require floating to other ORs and involves working primarily in an environment that cares for high-acuity surgical patients.
