Job Description:

Join our team as a Skilled RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a community hospital located in Monroe, North Carolina. This position offers a chance to work a 12-hour night shift, providing hands-on care for patients experiencing conditions such as stroke, heart failure, chest pain, respiratory illnesses, and GI disorders. You will interpret cardiac rhythms, manage critical care drips like insulin and nitroglycerin, and support patients with trach care, chest tubes, and IV starts. The role features an 36-hour weekly commitment, and you'll have the unique opportunity to float within the region to various facilities, enhancing your adaptability and skill set in a supportive environment.
