Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room RN specializing in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplants. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a teaching short-term acute care facility, focusing on high-stakes organ transplant surgeries. You'll be responsible for assisting with complex transplant procedures, including organ implantation, and must be proficient in using Misonix and CUSA equipment. The position requires prior transplant experience, especially with organ re-integration, and a solid background in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant cases. Expect to work 10-hour days with a rotation that includes one weekly call shift and weekend coverage. This assignment promises a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where your skills directly impact patient outcomes.
