Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an IMC/Stepdown/PCU RN in Springfield, Illinois, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a Level I trauma center within an acute care hospital. This 13-week contract features 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, offering a chance to engage in complex cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, and respiratory cases. As part of this assignment, you'll interpret dysrhythmias, manage post-cardiac procedures, care for ventilated patients, and handle a variety of specialized interventions. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, ventilator management, and advanced patient assessment, making it ideal for nurses seeking to deepen their expertise across critical care domains.
