Job Description:

Join an exciting opportunity in the emergency department of LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA, where you'll provide critical care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This 12-hour day shift role involves managing a busy ER with patient ratios typically between 4 to 6:1, performing procedures such as RSI, sepsis interventions, stroke protocols with tPA, and central line placement. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of nurses and medics, engaging in a setting that emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and quick thinking.
