Job Description:

This contract role calls for an experienced RN with a strong background in cardiovascular procedures, ready to bring their expertise to a busy CVOR unit located in the Heart Tower at Medical City Heart and Spine. You'll work 10-hour days, supporting high-stakes surgeries such as CABG, AVR, MVR, and heart transplants. Your focus will be on assisting during complex cardiovascular operations, ensuring the OR runs smoothly with a 1:1 patient ratio. The setting offers a mix of open and hybrid operating rooms, equipped with Meditech EMR, and a team of dedicated staff including CSTs and other RNs. A scrub tech skill set and CNOR certification are preferred, making this a fitting challenge for those passionate about cardiac surgeries and eager to collaborate within a HCA culture. Expect a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and clinical skills directly contribute to patient success.
