Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU RN in Minneapolis, where you'll be key to recovering patients from high acuity surgeries in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art acute care setting. This role involves caring for ortho, spine, neuro, oncology, and general surgery patients, with responsibilities including managing IV pumps, cardiac monitors, epidurals, and other advanced equipment. You'll rotate shifts between days and evenings on 12-hour schedules, providing crucial post-op support and working alongside a skilled team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This assignment offers the opportunity to sharpen your PACU proficiency in a challenging yet rewarding environment, with the chance to float within scope to pre-op, PACU, Phase II, and help out across hospital units. Experience with high acuity PACU patients and prior ICU or ED backgrounds will help you excel in this role.
