You'll be working in a Magnet-recognized facility with 456 staffed beds, focusing on adult patients requiring cardiac telemetry, stepdown, and post-procedure care. This role involves interpreting dysrhythmias, managing complex cardiac drips, and handling post-cardiac procedures, all while floating between departments as needed. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, with a commitment of 36 hours per week over a 13-week period.
