Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a hospital-based skilled nursing facility specializing in geriatric recovery. The role involves providing comprehensive support during 12-hour night shifts, focusing on post-operative patients recovering from hip, knee, or shoulder surgeries, as well as those with pneumonia or congestive heart failure requiring rehabilitation. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that ensures patients receive the right care at the right time, bridging the gap between hospital and home. Expect a hands-on experience with a focus on restoring patients’ health skills and functional abilities, all within a facility that values teamwork and quality care.
