Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Philadelphia, where you'll take on a vital role supporting surgical procedures with a youthful energy—think of it as the heartbeat of the operating suite. You'll work primarily in a 12-hour shift from 11:00 to 23:00, floating between the GI unit and Center One Surgery Center as needed. This assignment offers a mix of scheduled weekend nights and holiday coverage during summer and winter, providing a well-rounded experience in a busy surgical environment. Your expertise in Level I Trauma, liver, and kidney procedures, along with your BSN and PA or compact license, will be essential to keep the operating theater running smoothly. Expect to utilize Cerner charting, and be prepared for a six-week engagement focused solely on surgical nursing tasks—no patient care outside the OR.
