Job Description:

Join a vibrant ICU float pool as a Registered Nurse, where you will rotate through various intensive care and intermediate care units around Charlottesville. Your days will be filled with diverse experiences, from Medical ICU to Surgical Trauma ICU, and even the Critical Care and Intermediate Care Special Pathogens Unit focused on COVID. This role offers a balanced mix of clinical responsibilities, allowing you to apply your expertise across different specialized units while maintaining a steady 12-hour shift schedule. Expect to navigate different unit protocols, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to complex patient scenarios in a fast-paced environment that keeps you engaged and learning every day.
