Job Description:

Join an observation unit where you'll play a vital role in evaluating patients with conditions like chest pain, asthma, and minor infections. This position involves providing care and monitoring over 8 to 48 hours, managing IV antibiotics, fluids, insulin drips, and blood pressure medications. You’ll work in a bustling, urban hospital setting with a diverse team including care techs and transport staff. The 12-hour day shifts offer a steady rhythm, and you'll experience the pace of a high-acuity environment that keeps you engaged. This assignment requires prior experience at a large medical center, and you'll need to be comfortable floating within scope to support various units as needed.
