Job Description:

Join a specialized stepdown/PCU environment where you'll provide vigilant nursing support to adult and geriatric patients managing chronic medical conditions. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, offering a unique chance to experience the calm and quiet of overnight care while floating within the organization as needed. You will handle patient monitoring, medication administration through Pyxis and Omnicell systems, and communicate effectively using SBAR, all while contributing to a team that values adaptability and precision. This assignment provides an engaging blend of autonomous practice and collaborative teamwork in a progressive care setting that challenges your clinical skills.
