Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract calls for a dedicated nursing professional to provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting. You'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for a medically complex patient population. The role involves floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius, offering a variety of clinical experiences. While the work demands clinical expertise, the focus is on delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment. A touch of adventure is woven into the role, as you'll navigate different units and collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care during each shift.
