Job Description:

Join our ICU team and provide critical care to severely ill medical and surgical patients, including cases like sepsis, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and COVID-19 complications. You'll be working in a split-unit environment with 12 ICU beds—while upstairs accommodates higher acuity cases with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, downstairs manages lower acuity patients with a 1:3 ratio. Your role will involve managing complex patient conditions, adapting quickly to fluctuating needs, and collaborating with a skilled team.
