Job Description:

This 13-week contract places you in a hospital setting during 12-hour night shifts, providing vital nursing care to a diverse patient population. You will assume responsibility for assigned patients, documenting responses to interventions, assisting physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures, and monitoring physiological data. Experience with level 1 Trauma, trach care, high-flow therapy, and infusion procedures will help ensure success in this role. The unique aspect of this assignment is the opportunity to float across multiple units such as surgical, behavioral health, specialty medicine, hem-onc, step-down, and pediatric units, including care for feeder growers in NICU, with a focus on low-acuity cases. You’ll collaborate with families and support staff to deliver comprehensive care in a fast-paced environment, all while expanding your skills in a wide range of pediatric and adult nursing scenarios.
