Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical ICU team in Boston for a contract assignment that offers a mix of day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule, including every other weekend. This role is perfect for experienced critical care professionals with 2-3 years of SICU and trauma/Level 1 trauma experience, who enjoy working with a diverse array of surgical patients such as transplant, hepatobiliary, and general surgery cases. Expect to collaborate closely with a team managing ratios of 1:1 to 1:3, using Epic electronic health records. This assignment presents a unique opportunity to deepen your intensive care expertise in a fast-paced setting, with guaranteed 36 hours weekly over a 13-week duration, emphasizing quality work and skill application rather than routine.
